Just had a quick blast and I’m already in love with this long handled adjustable speed rope from @jumpdropes !! Not only when you purchase a rope your supporting a local business. There are so many health benefits to skipping and for me it’s become part of weekly routine for years. You can skip anywhere without the use of heavy equipment and so easy to start, let’s be honest we were skipping at school right?! Anyway no excuses jump on it!! Xx
